1. Introduction

Welcome to CleanState Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website — cleanstatedetailing.com — and any detailing, cleaning, or related services provided by CleanState Detailing.

By booking a service, submitting a contact form, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling or purchasing any service.

2. Services Overview

CleanState Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services specializing in interior deep cleaning, odor elimination, and protective applications. All services are performed by appointment only.

Service offerings, descriptions, and pricing are available on our website and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via direct message.

  • A confirmed appointment time is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation (email, text, or booking confirmation).

  • We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments in the event of weather, location limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notice may result in rescheduling or cancellation at our discretion.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via Square, Venmo, or other approved payment methods.

  • All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes or surcharges for oversized vehicles or excessive conditions.

  • Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service to cover reserved time and travel.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at cleanstatedetailing@gmail.com.

6. Service Expectations & Limitations

We strive for exceptional results in every detail. However:

  • While we use professional equipment and techniques, some stains, odors, or surface damage may not be fully removable.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or aftermarket modifications that may be affected by cleaning or steam treatment.

  • Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings prior to service. CleanState Detailing is not liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, biohazard cleanup, mold, or extreme conditions.

7. Mobile Service Policy

For mobile appointments:

  • A safe, accessible, and level workspace must be provided.

  • Access to an electrical outlet and water may be required for certain services (if not fully self-contained).

  • In case of unsafe conditions, poor weather, or restricted access, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel at our discretion.

8. Memberships & Promotions

Membership programs (such as the CleanState Reset Club) and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, including renewal intervals, member pricing, and cancellation policies.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Refunds

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of completion for review.

  • We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a re-service or partial refund.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion based on the situation and condition of the vehicle.

10. Liability Disclaimer

CleanState Detailing is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing defects or poor material condition.

  • Losses or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, or equipment failure).

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service or website use.

You agree that CleanState Detailing’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, copy, images, and designs featured on cleanstatedetailing.com are the intellectual property of CleanState Detailing and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected through our website or booking system is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Utah County, Utah.
